It all begins with an idea. Melissa, or Missy to her friends and family, is the woman with all the ideas. She started off as a math teacher, decided to get her CPA license, and became partner of a major accounting firm. But who says you can’t have it all? Melissa decided she wanted to start a podcast highlighting wonderful women in our very own state of Louisiana.

Lainey Eddlemon
Producer and Wearer of Many Hats
Lainey joined the team to be the Jill-of-all-trades to get this podcast off the ground including recording and editing each episode! We wouldn’t be able to do it without her. She’s also a wonderful dancer, who started off doing ballet when she was just a toddler! Couldn’t do any of this without her and all her tireless effort.

When Melissa decided she wanted to start a podcast, Kate’s first reaction was “say no more, let’s do this!” She has put in tireless (unpaid, might I add) effort in helping build Louisiana Ladies into the beautiful show we have today. Kate is a fabulous mom and we can’t thank her enough for making this dream a reality.
